Just a reminder that we will have Bible study tonight up in the fellowship hall. They will be cleaning up from the midweek meal so we will not have a drink table tonight. So no coffee.

Good morning, friends!

Don't forget that our ladies worship night is coming up this Sunday night starting at 6 PM!

This is for all ladies- elementary age and up! Remember there will be NO nursery.

It will be a time of worship with singing, a testimony, games, a fun skit, door prizes, and of course hearing from God's word!

Our speaker will be Sara Anderson, the pastor's wife of Pinecrest Baptist Church in McDonough, GA. I know she will be a blessing!

Don't forget to sign up for door prizes as you walk in! And if you bring a first time guest bring them over to get a small thank you gift from us for coming!

This is a message for all the Bible study ladies…

The format for the study will be a little different.
We are to have our homework done before the first lesson. So if you don't mind reading through your homework for week one. You don't have to fill out any answers or questions (unless you want to do that later), but just being familiar with the context of the first week of the Bible study. Then you'll be ready for the first teaching video tomorrow night.

We will not discuss the homework tomorrow night. It will just be introductions at our tables.

We met for our first walking group last night! It was great to see everyone and I've already heard from a couple of ladies they got to "walk and talk with ladies they don't typically get to spend time with". Most of us beat the rain and I hope everyone is feeling a little stronger today.😉💪🏼

There is no pressure or obligation to come every week, but know that you are always welcome! We will meet next Monday same time but a different place. Stay tuned for details…

Just a reminder of the bridal shower for Sophia Powell this coming Saturday, March 14 at 11 AM in the Youth Center.

Delaney Gorman is still in need to some food if you would like to contribute:
Mini sandwiches, Fruit or veggie tray, Pigs in a blanket, Quiche, Sausage balls, Cheese balls, Pinwheels, Casseroles, Cinnamon rolls, Donuts, Trifle dessert, Iced coffee, Lemonade, Sweet tea
We're no longer in need of any more muffins or bagels.

Also, don't forget to help fill a recipe book for Sophia with your favorite recipes. Please bring two or more of your favorite recipes and write them out on a 4 x 6 note card or recipe card (no larger). You may include marriage advice or encouraging words on the back of the recipe card. Bring your recipe card the day of the shower and there will be a recipe book there for you to add your card. I know she will love this!

This starts next Monday night, March 9.

For this time, we will meet at the Hixson High School walking track. Location may change from week to week so if you want to be a part of this group and did not sign up at our interest meeting, you need to let me know so I can add you to our group text.

We will gather at about 6:25 to pray and share a verse and then we will split into two groups.
We will walk for 45 minutes. So we should be done by 7:30!
