God's presence has been so real to us the last few weeks at The Church Centre. This past Sunday evening, Pastor Trevor continued the teaching series on the Holy Spirit. After dismissing service, we prayed over two children of families in the church. A young man gave his heart to Jesus. We rejoiced, but God wasn't done yet. One stepped forward with hunger to be filled with the Holy Spirit. He began to pour out His Spirit on us, and one after another were baptized in the Holy Ghost. It has ignited a hunger for many to be back in His house. We don't want to miss this moment! We will be gathering together again tonight at 6:30 with one agenda: to worship the King. We aren't looking to force, replicate, or duplicate anything that has already happened. We just want to tarry in His presence and sit at His feet. Our hearts are open to whatever He wants to do. See you tonight family!
Acts 2:37-39
37 Now when they heard this, they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Men and brethren, what shall we do?”
38 Then Peter said to them, “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
39 For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God will call.”
Note: We will not have childcare tonight and ask that parents keep their children in service with them.
