🐾 Blessing of the Animals 🐾

“All creatures great and small are a gift from God.”

Join us for a special Blessing of the Animals, as we gather together to celebrate the wonderful animals who bring love, companionship, joy, and unconditional affection into our lives. The custom and tradition of blessing animals was popularized and led by Saint Francis of Assisi, a 12th-century Italian friar who is recognized as the Catholic Church's patron saint of animals and the environment.

Bring your beloved pets—dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, and other animal friends—to this special service of blessing, gratitude, and fellowship. Each animal will receive an individual blessing as we give thanks for the unique gifts they bring to our families.

Bring your pets:
🐾 On a leash
🐾 In a carrier
🐾 Or safely in your arms

Come enjoy a short, meaningful prayer, blessings, and gratitude for all of God’s creatures. This will be a drive-thru opportunity using our church portico.
