Congratulations and blessings to Fr. Eric McDade and Sr. Dena, CMC!

The St. Mark family is especially proud of Fr. Eric, who recently was ordained a priest for the Arlington Diocese. Having grown up as a member of the parish at St. Mark, served as an altar server, and received his sacraments here, his vocation is a beautiful reminder that great things can grow from a parish family rooted in faith.We are proud of you and thanks to your parents Tom and Becky !

Sacred Heart: His Reign Has No End

What a beautiful and grace-filled evening for our parish community! Around 35 parishioners gathered to watch the movie Sacred Heart: His Reign Has No End as we continue to deepen our love and devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

This gathering was especially meaningful as our nation commemorates the 250th anniversary of the dedication of the United States to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. For generations, Catholics have turned to the Heart of Christ—a Heart filled with mercy, compassion, healing, and unfailing love.

A Sacred Heart Dedication at St. Mark ❤️

As our nation is prayerfully being entrusted to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, our St. Mark family will also soon begin special spiritual and devotional opportunities in honor of this beautiful dedication.
At St. Mark, we will soon gather as a parish family for special moments of prayer, devotion, reflection, and consecration to the Sacred Heart. Through prayer, Eucharistic devotion, family participation, and time in the presence of the Lord, we hope to renew our hearts and homes in Christ.
May every family of St. Mark be able to say:

“Sacred Heart of Jesus, I place my trust in You.”

Happy Feast of Corpus Christi!

Today, after our 11:00 AM Mass, we were blessed to have a beautiful Eucharistic Procession through our church — walking with our Lord truly present in the Blessed Sacrament. What a grace it was to pray, sing, and adore Jesus together as one parish family.

Thank you to all who participated, especially our families, children, altar servers, music ministry, volunteers, and everyone who stayed to adore the Lord. Seeing so many gathered in faith was a powerful witness of love and devotion.

“O Sacrament Most Holy, O Sacrament Divine, all praise and all thanksgiving be every moment Thine.”

Join us for Discovering Christ — a welcoming space for young adults (ages 18–35) to gather for dinner, meaningful conversation, friendship, and an encounter with Christ.

This is not about having all the answers. It is about exploring life’s biggest questions together, building authentic community, and discovering how faith can bring meaning, hope, and purpose.

We are blessed to have an amazing Young Adult Leadership Team helping guide this journey with energy, faith, and friendship.
