Community of St. Dysmas The Community of St. Dysmas is a congregation supported by both the Delaware-Maryland and the Metropolitan Washington, D.C.

We are a unique Evangelical Lutheran Church in America congregation called to minister to inmates within Maryland correctional institutions and to those members who have been released to return to society. Synods of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA).
