2026 Wyoming Presbytery Mission Opportunity with Living Water International

Come and be involved with a group of volunteers to bring the message of *living water (John 4:10) and developing safe drinking water in a needy country with Living Water International (LWI - https://water.cc). The WY Presbytery and Cheyenne First Presbyterian Church are joining in sponsorship and recruiting for a mission trip to the Dominican Republic [DR] the week of December 5th to the 12th. We are looking for interested and able men & women, who possess U.S. passports, to assist those struggling with inadequate water supplies and hygiene.

The trip departs/connects from U.S. airports (e.g. Denver DIA, Houston IAH, Miami MIA, etc.) to the DR. We have reserved openings for a 10-person team on the trip. Background checks and payment of trip deposits are required at least 4 months before departure. Total trip costs depend on airfare, but the base cost is $1850 + airfare. The WY Presbytery and Cheyenne FPC Mission partner funds will subsidize each participant up to $1700.

Jesus told his disciples he came to serve and not to be served. Opportunity and spiritual enrichment await WY Presbyterians to serve in fellowship on a Living Water mission trip to a poor village to provide safe drinking water. It was a deep honor for our General Presbyter to be able to be part of Worship at First Presbyterian Church of Cheyenne and the Commissioning of Patrick Boyce for his year as a Young Adult Volunteer in the Phillipines! Let us all hold him in prayers in this journey.
