What a great morning serving our community! We got covered in sawdust, worked hard, laughed a lot, and built 27 beds for children who need a safe place to sleep.
So thankful for everyone who came out and helped make today possible! 🔨❤️

🛏️ TOMORROW IS BED BUILD DAY! 🛏️
Just a reminder that our annual Sleep in Heavenly Peace Bed Build is happening TOMORROW, Saturday, August 15th, in the church parking lot! ❤️

🕗 Set-up: 8:00 AM
🔨 Bed Build: 9:00 AM

It will be around 60° at 8:00 AM, so dress accordingly! And remember… you’re coming to get covered in sawdust, so wear clothes and shoes you don’t mind getting a little messy in! 😂

Everything you need will be provided, including:
🪚 Tools
🥽 Safety eyewear
🧤 Gloves
Come ready to work, have some fun, and serve our community! We’re excited to come together to help build beds for children who don’t have a bed of their own. ❤️

❤️ Hands & Hearts Prayer Bag Ministry ❤️
Tonight, our ladies gathered together to fill these blessing bags not only with practical items, but with love, encouragement, and prayer.
Before each bag leaves our hands, it is prayed over, asking God to lead it to the person who needs it most. We may never know the story of the person who receives one, but God does. He knows their hurt, their struggles, their needs, and their heart.
What a beautiful reminder that sometimes a simple bag, a handwritten prayer, and a little act of kindness can be used by God to remind someone that they are seen, they are loved, and they are not alone.
Thank you to all of our ladies who gave their time, donated items, wrote prayers, and most importantly, prayed.
