Today, we pause to remember the Emanuel Nine on the eleventh anniversary of the tragic shooting at Mother Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church.

Though years have passed, we continue to honor their faith, witness, and legacy. As we remember, let us pray for the congregation of Mother Emanuel, and all whose lives were forever changed by this tragedy.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget.

Scripture: Deuteronomy 31:6–8

When the future feels uncertain, God’s promise remains the same:

“The Lord Himself goes before you… He will never leave you nor forsake you.”

Whether you are carrying grief, facing difficult decisions, wrestling with questions, or simply in need of encouragement, there is hope in knowing that God has not abandoned us. The same God who guided His people then is guiding us now.
