Our international mission team just got back from an amazing week in Escuintla, Guatemala. We shared the love of Jesus with 18 students attending Mana de Vida, while teaching them basic English and pronunciation. We got to reconnect with several of our church’s sponsor kids as well!

Big things happening for our international missions at Sam Jones!!
-Building projects and vision trips for a new place to go happened in May.
-Raised $1000 for our precious friends down at Maná.
-Today begins English Camp 3.0, I ask that you would pray for the students about to enter the Casa and spend the week with us as well as for the teachers here to teach them English
-God is so amazing and it’s such a blessing to get to watch Him work

Vbs week is by far one of my favorite weeks of the year!!! It is such a privilege to get to share the love of Jesus with precious children. This year was a little messier for us though…Jake and I offered ourselves up to get a pie in the face for whoever could raise the most money for our friends down at Maná de Vida in Guatemala. Our vacation Bible schoolers showed up!!! They did chores, looked in their rooms and even brought in 💰 from the tooth fairy!! I am SO proud of these kids! They raised and even $1000 which will allow us to sponsor 2 children down at Mana for the entire year!!
