FACES OF FAITH: Meet Vicky!

Vicky has been part of the Faith family since 1981, joining at just 13 years old alongside three generations of her family. Over the years, Faith has become so much more than a church to her — it’s been home.

She serves by sharing her musical gifts, playing saxophone and clarinet, while also organizing and leading the seasonal choir. Through worship and community, Vicky has seen Faith become a constant source of support, encouragement, and spiritual growth in Christ— not only in her own life, but in the lives of so many others.

When she’s not serving at church, Vicky loves reading, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her husband Dan, their daughters, grandkids, and friends. It is a blessing to know and be known by Vicky, and we are so glad she’s part of our church family!💙

Today, we pause to remember those who courageously gave their lives in service to others. May we never take their sacrifice for granted and may we continue to pray for peace, comfort for grieving families, and wisdom for our nation.❤️

FACES OF FAITH: Meet Amber!

Amber is one of the friendly faces helping create connection and community here at Faith Methodist Church 💙

Amber has been a member of Faith for 3.5 years and serves as our Congregational Coordinator, helping bring people together through events like our monthly Dinner Club. She loves getting to connect with members across the church and says one of the biggest blessings Faith has brought into her life is the many friendships she’s made along the way.

When she’s not serving at church, you can usually find her spending time with her husband James, her four fur babies — Elphaba, Glinda, Hercules, and Ahoy — and enjoying time with family and friends. We’re so thankful for the joy and connection Amber brings to the Faith family!
