What if the very thing standing between you and peace is the belief that you have to figure it out yourself? In John 6, Jesus takes five loaves and two fish from one willing boy and feeds over 5,000 people with twelve baskets left over. The size of your problem does not determine the size of God's power.

Jesus declared in John 6:35 that He is the bread of life, the one who satisfies not just for a moment, but forever. He does not want to simply give you bread. He wants to be your bread.

Whatever you are carrying today, bring it to Him. He was already two steps ahead of you before you even arrived at your problem. Surrender it, trust Him, and discover what this miracle has been pointing to all along a Savior who is always enough.

We’re so thankful for each person who has chosen to be part of what God is doing here at ATCO Baptist Church. We’re excited to see how the Lord will use them as we grow together, serve together, and make disciples together.

You do not have to cross an ocean to fulfill the Great Commission. Jesus is simply asking you to cross your street.

In Acts 18, the Apostle Paul did not wait for the perfect moment or the perfect place. He shared the gospel where he lived, where he worked, and where he played. Ordinary life became his mission field, and God used him powerfully because of it.

This Sunday, we were challenged to think of three people: one where you live, one where you work, and one where you play. Those are your people. That is your mission field. As Paul wrote in Colossians 3:23, whatever you do, do it from the heart as something done for the Lord.

The fields are white and ready for harvest. Do not hang the gospel up at the door when you leave. Carry it with you everywhere you go.

✨ SPARK Conference 2026! ✨

Over 40 of our ATCO family gathered for SPARK Conference taking time to learn, grow, and become better equipped leaders. We’re thankful for opportunities like this to invest in our people and strengthen the way we serve the church.

We believe the Lord will use what was learned at SPARK to make us better equipped to serve, lead, and make disciples for His Kingdom. We’re excited to see how He uses this investment in our people for His glory!

John 5 reminds us that it is possible to receive the miracle of Jesus and still miss the miracle worker Himself. God is not a genie in a bottle. He is a Savior who comes looking for us when we cannot come to Him and He always has something greater in mind than we are asking for.

Your bed of brokenness, because of Jesus, can become a testimony of blessing. Do not waste the miracle. Do not waste the encounter.

What do you do when you have tried everything and nothing has worked? A royal official in John 4 faced that exact moment. His son was dying, his resources were exhausted, and his only move left was a 20-mile walk toward Jesus.

What he discovered on that road is what this week's message was all about: genuine faith trusts Jesus' word even before we see Jesus' work. Jesus did not travel to heal the boy. He simply spoke a word, and it was enough.

That is the kind of faith God is building in you right now, even in your hardest season. Your desperation is not the finish line. It is the starting point. While your desperation is working against you, God's grace is working for you.

If you are somewhere between the promise and the fulfillment, keep walking. His word has not changed.

What does it look like to stay faithful to God when the world is offering you everything you think you want? Daniel chapter 1 shows us a teenager who refused to compromise, and because of that faithfulness, God gave him a platform, wisdom, and divine understanding that no amount of worldly knowledge could match.

Daniel's story is not just ancient history. It is a challenge for every one of us today. When we prioritize pleasing God over pleasing people, we become relevant to his mission rather than irrelevant to it. And when we lack understanding, the first move is always prayer.

Whether you are 15 or 85, God equips the called. You do not need to have it all figured out. You just need to remain faithful to the one who does.

We are so excited to partner with Mission Road Elementary as they kick off a brand-new school year!

Today, our church had the privilege of serving breakfast to the incredible teachers and staff who invest in students every single day. We also celebrated them with some amazing giveaways thanks to the generosity of our community partners!

* 12 teachers each received $500 toward classroom supplies through a raffle.
* 2 additional teachers won Visa gift cards.
* Chick-fil-A provided 50 breakfast sandwiches.
* C&K generously donated $5,000 to sponsor 12 teachers.

And ATCO Baptist Church was honored to provide breakfast and two Visa gift cards.

We are grateful for the opportunity to encourage the educators who pour so much into the next generation. Please join us in praying for the students, teachers, administrators, and staff of Mission Road Elementary as they begin this new school year. We can't wait to see all that God has in store!
