Saint Patrick Orthodox Mission is a mission effort in Carrollton, Georgia, under the Orthodox Church in America’s Diocese of the South, the Most Reverend Archbishop Alexander. Patrick we are the nearest Orthodox parish to Carrollton, Villa Rica, Bowdon, Bremen, Roopville, Whitesburg, and parts of Douglasville and northeast Alabama. The Orthodox Church in America (OCA) traces its origins to the arr

The missionaries made a great impact on the native Alaskan population and were responsible for bringing many to the Orthodox Christian faith. Today, the OCA numbers some 700 parishes, missions, communities, monasteries, and institutions throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

This year, due to limited space at our current location, we will hold our Sunday Pascha Feast and Egg Hunt at the pavilion on Lake Carroll! This will follow Agape Vespers at church starting at 1:00pm. There is no way to heat or chill food and drinks so please plan accordingly for your potluck items with personal coolers, etc. The church will supply lamb (thanks to Chad!). Picnic tables are provided at the park. Lake Carroll Park is located at 650 Lakeshore Drive in Carrollton (same location as Blessing of the Waters in January).
