Anything's Possible He is not only there, but He is offering us a hope and a future. He is our living hope! Our eternal hope!

Even in the midst of our darkest hour, whether we lost of a job, lost a loved one, and we are in utter despair, God is there. Our everlasting hope! Our ONLY hope! He is a hope that never dies! In Jeremiah 29:11, the scriptures states, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.” (NKJV). This scripture was wri

tten during Jerusalem’s captivity in Babylon. A time where the wicked government ruled over them and where they were not free to worship how they wanted, but in the midst of this time, God declared to them that he wants to give them a hope and a future. Here at Living Hope Church, we want to shine the light of Jesus to Carrier Mills and to the surrounding area that God offers a glorious future and a hope. Don’t lose heart because Jesus is our ONLY, eternal and Living Hope!

Late Night Check in From Pastor Matt: Tonite we talked to the kids about REALITY….. It’s often said that God won’t give us more than we can handle and NOWHERE does Gods word say that…..The reality is He designed us to need Him ESPECIALLY during difficult times……kids raised in the church most often fall away from God between the ages of 15-20 because the sinful world starts pouring more and more garbage on them and somewhere/sometime they came to believe God wouldn’t allow that stuff to happen them….. and when it does they think “well if God was real and or IF He really loved me this much stuff wouldn’t be happening so obviously He’s not real….. it’s one of the Devils oldest tricks…… DON’T fall for it kids!! OR ADULTS!!

Update from Pastor Matt: Now I seldom recommend Facebook, Internet, online in general, pages…. The reason is simple…. Nobody/no site is always correct, just like the Title of Pastor doesn’t make one’s opinion ALWAYS correct….. But Dinx the puppet here is pretty solid as far as the theology “he” posts/explains…… and is a fun way to get a little more understanding on a wide variety of faith based topics….. so give him a look.

So tomorrow we celebrate the greatest of Miracles!! The RESURRECTION OF JESUS CHRIST!! If you identify as Christian you need to be in a house of worship!! Here at Living Hope, service is at 11am and you’re definitely welcome!! But more importantly be in service SOMEWHERE……. He died then rose for you!!
