❤️💛 A HUGE Thank You! 💛❤️

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Walnut Grove Baptist Church and Saline Ridge Baptist Church for their incredible generosity and support of Heaven's Kitchen Food Pantry!

The two Missionary Baptist churches joined together this year for Vacation Bible School and welcomed more than 50 children. As part of their VBS mission project, the children collected mission money and chose to donate it to Heaven's Kitchen. Shown in the photo is Callie Medin from Heaven’s Kitchen accepting the check.

What a blessing it is to see young people learning the importance of helping others and giving back to their community. Every dollar donated will help us continue providing groceries to families facing food insecurity right here in our area.

To all of the children, volunteers, church leaders, and families who made this possible—thank you for your kindness, compassion, and servant hearts. You are making a difference in the lives of so many people.

We are truly blessed by your support and grateful to have such caring churches investing in our community. ❤️

👨‍👧‍👦 FATHER'S DAY AT SALINE RIDGE MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH 👨‍👦

Sometimes the greatest thing we can do is simply invite someone to meet Jesus.

Fathers, grandfathers, parents, and friends—who is your one? Who needs an invitation? Who needs to hear the Gospel? Who needs to experience the love and grace of Christ?

This Father's Day, we'll discover how a simple invitation can change a life, a family, and even generations to come.

🌾 BIBLE BOOK CLUB – WEEK 3 🌾

Join us this week as we continue our journey through the Book of Ruth with Chapter 3: "A Step of Faith."

In this powerful chapter, Ruth takes a bold step of faith, trusting God's plan even when the future is uncertain. We will explore:

✅ Ruth's courage, trust, and purity
✅ Boaz's integrity and godly character
✅ How God's unseen hand guided every detail
✅ What steps of faith God may be calling us to take today

Sometimes God asks us to trust Him before we can see how everything will work out. Ruth's story reminds us that God is always at work behind the scenes, guiding His people according to His perfect plan.

🇺🇸 Happy Flag Day & Happy Birthday to the U.S. Army! 🇺🇸

Today, June 14th, we celebrate two important occasions in our nation’s history.

First, we honor our nation’s flag—the Stars and Stripes—a symbol of the freedoms, sacrifices, and blessings that have shaped America.

Second, we celebrate the 251st Birthday of the United States Army, established on June 14, 1775. For over two centuries, brave men and women have answered the call to serve, defend our nation, and protect the freedoms we cherish. We are grateful for every soldier, past and present, and for the sacrifices made by military families.

As Christians, we are thankful for the freedom to worship openly, share the Gospel, and gather together as a church family. While our ultimate citizenship is in heaven (Philippians 3:20), we are grateful for those who have helped preserve the freedoms we enjoy here on earth.

Today, let us pause to pray for our nation, our leaders, our military, our veterans, first responders, and all who serve their communities faithfully.

“Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord.” — Psalm 33:12
