At 6:30 tonight, the last tent meeting will begin. As long as you have breath, it's not too late to come to Jesus. Even after the tent has moved on, there are many good churches in Perry County and surrounding areas who would welcome you in. Jesus promised he would return and according to the Bible, his return is soon. I mean, the prophetic scriptures that used to sound so far fetched are like reading today's headlines. What are you waiting on? Come to the Father, you who search, and you'll search no more. You will find forgiveness, hope, love, peace, and joy.

Blake Edwards was in the pulpit at CCC today. Someone accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior! I can’t wait to hear his testimony next Sunday!

Tomorrow - 8/14, is Murray Ward’s birthday. I want to take a moment to encourage everyone who can, to drop by his room, and let him know how much you miss him, and to wish him a happy birthday. He will not be expecting it.

He is in Perry County Memorial Hospital, room #224.

You are invited to Mulzers Camp this Friday evening and Saturday for a gathering hosted by Community Christian Church.

…..Friday supper at 6:00 PM. Praise, worship, message, and campfire.

…..Saturday morning 8:30 AM. Coffee, donuts, praise, worship, messages, activities, 12:30 picnic.....3pm clean up.

Natalie Johnson will be leading worship.

The gathering is always a wonderful experience. Come and enjoy worshipping together, hearing encouraging messages, and expect to have great time of fellowship.

Those who come will be blessed.

Please be advised that the Women’s Event at Central Baptist on February 24th (both the meal and the program) is full to capacity. Although this is actually great news, it saddens Ms Kristi to have to turn anyone away. Thank you for the awesome response to this event!
