We have reached the last Sunday in our Next Steps sermon series! Our final examination of the book of Joshua brings us to its 10th chapter, where some amazing events take place while the Israelites are sojourning through the promised land. Once again, we will see a testimony of what happens in the life of a follower of God when their next steps are in step with God's will and ways.

Our Next Steps sermon series is almost through, and this upcoming Sunday brings us to the 9th chapter of the book of Joshua. Pastor Ryan will guide us through Israel's encounter with the people of Gibeon. We find in this text a cunning Gibeonite plan that leads Israel to make a bad decision. We will examine the sources of bad decision making, and catch a clearer picture of a God that is still good to us even in the midst of our poor choices.

A recent study published in Social Indicators Research Journal found that 19 percent of American adults reported experiencing transportation insecurity over a calendar year. Transportation insecurity is an all too common challenge that makes it difficult for individuals to travel to and from places that are crucial for their overall well-being. We believe that providing transportation to and from church is a very simple and important way to promote the spiritual well being of those facing transportation insecurity. Our Ride Match ministry works to practically share the love of Christ with your donated time and automobile.
