Please see attached from the City Of Buffalo

Last night’s record-breaking storm caused serious flooding in neighborhoods across North Buffalo, damaging homes, businesses, and property.
Our City teams have been working across departments to respond, clear roadways, assess the damage, and help residents begin the recovery process.
Emergency collection of flood-damaged bulk items will begin Monday, September 7, in the designated collection area. Residents should place eligible items at the curb by 7 a.m. Monday. You can also request a weather emergency collection through Buffalo 311 at: https://www.buffalony.gov/.../BUFFALO31.../request-intake...
If your home or business sustained damage, please take photos, retain relevant receipts and repair estimates, and complete New York State’s damage self-report form: https://survey123.arcgis.com/.../4f19503f107e4541acfc5525...
While this is not an application for financial assistance, documenting every instance of damage is critical as we work to determine the full impact of this storm and pursue additional support.

🙏PRAY FOR BUFFALO

Our hearts and prayers are with every family, individual, business, and community being impacted by this flooding.

We are praying for Buffalo, Hertel Avenue, Elmwood, Kenmore, the Tonawandas, and every surrounding area experiencing devastation and loss.

We pray for protection over every life, strength for our first responders, shelter for those displaced, and comfort for those who have lost homes, property, businesses, and possessions.

Lord, cover our city. Protect our neighbors. Comfort every hurting family and bring RESTORATION to everything that has been lost.

Family friends and neighbors , we are praying for you. We are standing with you. We love you. 🙏🏾🙏🙏🏻❤️

It is difficult to be led by faith rather than your feelings when experiencing persecution.

But that persecution is a badge of honor because someone else’s rejection is an invitation to God’s reward.

In Matthew 5: 11-12, we are reminded that “God blesses you when people mock you and persecute you and lie about you and say all sorts of evil things against you because you are my followers. Be happy about it! Be very glad! For a great reward awaits you in heaven. And remember, the ancient prophets were persecuted in the same way.”

Know that when the enemy tries to convince you that your obedience to God is a punishment, he is afraid of the anointing of your life. You are never being punished, you are being revealed.

In this season, you are EXACTLY where you need to be. Enemies show up to reveal your true strength and power through God.

Talk to Him and let Him reveal a strategy for how to win in this season. No weapon formed against you shall prosper!
