What an incredible day serving our community through our Boxes of Love Food Distribution in Jasper Parish!

A heartfelt thank you to the Buffalo Dream Center for partnering with us and making this outreach possible. Together, we’re making a tangible difference in the lives of families throughout our community.

Join us every 4th Friday at 4:00 PM as we continue to serve with compassion, dignity, and the love of Christ.

I am so grateful for our amazing Reach Food Distribution Team. Renovation Church is full of incredible people doing incredible things in an incredible city while serving an incredible God. We are called to be the hands and feet of Jesus, and today was another beautiful reminder that ministry isn’t confined to a sanctuary. It happens wherever love is shared, needs are met, and hope is restored.

Thank you to every volunteer, every partner, and every person who gives so others can receive. Together, we are making an eternal impact.

📦 Fourth Fridays with REACH
Join us Friday, June 26th at 4:00 PM as we partner with the Buffalo Dream Center for our Boxes of Love Initiative at Jasper Parish. Come be the hands and feet of Jesus as we serve our community together.

💧 Take the Plunge Sunday
This Sunday, June 28th we’ll celebrate those taking the next step in their faith through water baptism during both worship experiences. Come rejoice with us as lives are publicly declaring their faith in Christ!

👨 Men of Deliverance Summer Hiatus
Monday, June 29th is our final Men of Deliverance gathering before our summer break. Join us one last time at 6:00 PM as we close out an incredible season together. We’ll return on Monday, August 3rd, 2026, ready to continue growing in wisdom, truth, and power.

🤝 Freedom Walk 2026
Join us Tuesday, June 30th, from 5:00–8:00 PM as Renovation Church hosts a stop on the journey. Together we’ll gather for a meaningful evening of racial healing, unity, and remembrance.

🎉 Kids Club is Coming!
Beginning Wednesday, July 1st, Kids Club launches at Jasper Parish in partnership with the Buffalo Dream Center! Join us every Wednesday at 2:00 PM for five weeks of fun, faith, and community.

☀️ Reno City Summer Pause
This Sunday is also our final Reno City gathering before our summer pause. During the break, children and families are invited to worship together in the main sanctuary. We can’t wait to welcome Reno City back after the summer!

You don’t have to wear what you’re going through.

Stop dressing yourself in fear, worry, defeat, and heaviness. God never called you to wear your struggle. He called you to put on a garment of praise.

When David found himself in a dangerous place, he didn’t let his circumstances define him. He changed his attitude, shifted his focus, and praised God anyway.

✨ Take off worry and put on worship.
✨ Take off defeat and put on victory.
✨ Take off heaviness and put on a hallelujah.

Sometimes the breakthrough doesn’t begin when your situation changes. It begins when your praise does.

Juneteenth reminds us that freedom is one of God’s greatest gifts and one of humanity’s highest callings.

Today, we honor the resilience of those who endured unimaginable hardship, the courage of those who refused to surrender hope, and the faith of a people who believed that liberation was possible even when the odds were stacked against them.

Juneteenth is more than a moment to remember history. It is an invitation to build a better future. A future where justice triumphs over oppression, love overcomes hatred, and communities are strengthened by compassion, understanding, and unity.

We celebrate the progress that has been made while recommitting ourselves to the work that remains. May we never take freedom for granted, may we protect the dignity of every person, and may we leave a legacy of courage, equity, and hope for the generations that follow.

Today, we celebrate freedom.
We celebrate perseverance.
We celebrate culture.
We celebrate faith.
And we celebrate the unbreakable spirit of a people who overcame.

Happy Juneteenth. May we continue to move forward together, building a nation and a world where liberty and justice truly belong to all.

Have you ever felt stuck in the same cycle over and over again?

Different people. Different circumstances. Same frustration.

The answer isn’t trying harder. The answer is surrendering deeper.

The Holy Spirit was never meant to be an occasional consultant in our lives—He was meant to be our guide.

When we allow Him to direct our relationships, decisions, finances, conversations, and future, we begin to walk in the purpose God designed for us.

Stop letting fear guide you.
Stop letting wounds guide you.
Stop letting emotions guide you.

Let the Holy Spirit guide your life.

We’ve got a couple of exciting things coming up at Renovation this week!

🎶 Men’s Choir Rehearsal
Our final Father’s Day rehearsal is happening this Thursday, June 18 at 7 PM. Men, we want to see you there as we prepare to lead and represent during our Father’s Day celebration!

💙 Father’s, Friends & Family Sunday
Join us this Sunday, June 21, as we celebrate the fathers and father figures who have made an impact in our lives. Whether it’s your dad, stepdad, grandfather, uncle, brother, mentor, coach, or another special father figure, invite them to church and celebrate with us.

We also recognize that Father’s Day can be difficult for some. No matter what this day means to you, know that you are welcome, loved, and part of our church family.

We can’t wait to worship with you this Sunday!
