Mental health challenges only become heavier when they are carried alone.
Today is the first day of Su***de Prevention and Awareness Week.
During the month of September, we invite you to join us in our commitment to have more courageous conversations about mental wellbeing so that we may carry one another burdens and invite the compassionate light of Christ into moments of darkness and suffering.
Attending to mental wellbeing is an essential aspect of attending to the whole person and the whole flock. One of the greatest challenges to this ministry, and to all of us as individuals, is the discomfort and fear to discuss mental health openly.
Stay connected with us all month as we continue the conversation online. Together, we can break the stigma about mental health and help bring awareness.
