Metropolitan Methodios Visits Transfiguration Church Festival in Lowell
Sunday, May 31, 2026

This past weekend, Metropolitan Methodios was warmly welcomed by the faithful of the Transfiguration Church in Lowell, MA, during the parish’s annual festival. His Eminence joined parishioners, volunteers, and visitors in fellowship, celebrating the faith, dedication, and strong sense of community that continue to define the parish. During his visit, he expressed his sincere gratitude to the many volunteers whose hard work and commitment contributed to the festival’s success.

Metropolitan Methodios was welcomed by the parish priest, Rev. Fr. Gregory Floor, together with the parish leadership and faithful of the community. The festival once again provided an opportunity to share the traditions, faith, and hospitality of the Greek Orthodox Church with the greater Lowell community. His Eminence extends his appreciation to Fr. Gregory, the festival committee, and all who contributed their time and talents to make this year’s celebration a success.
