Family Bible Hour meets at 9:00 AM followed by Worship Service at 10:15. Visionviewpoint.com/worship Reformation Hope Church has grown from over four decades
of ministry, first to northern Illinois, and then to southeastern Wisconsin, under the pastoral leadership of Dr. Wayne Sedlak, and carried on by believers committed to applying the Christian worldview across the landscape of culture. Our chu
rch is named for our belief in God’s ordering of history into eras of reformation: a return to a culture that delivers Christ’s Gospel and the themes of His law to all areas: the arts, sciences, mathematics, law, education, economics, and governments (self, family, church, local, national). We have our hope anchored in Christ’s promise to His church that all things work together for the good of those who love him. His command to go into all the world, preach the Gospel to all creation, and teach the nations to observe all that Christ commanded, daily directs all our earthly paths. We find great joy in having the opportunity to get to know each guest who comes through our door. The people of our congregation have a variety of backgrounds, and each has known the need for Christ’s grace. Refining ourselves in the image of Christ is a journey that never ends, and we welcome anyone looking to start or continue that journey with us. We welcome all – singles, couples, families with children of any age – who would like to learn more about what we believe and what we do as a church, and we invite you to come in any dress that is comfortable to you. Besides each week’s sermon, our services include singing traditional hymns, discussions of the Westminster and Heidelberg Catechisms, private confessional prayer and congregational prayer, recitation of the Psalms, and readings from Scripture, Each third Sunday, we come before the Lord and remember His work on the cross on our behalf by partaking in the sacrament of Communion, and a special fellowship dinner follows the same day. Before each Sunday’s Worship service, our congregation meets for a time of conversation in our Family Bible Hour. This time is spent discussing current events, hearing presentations about Christianity’s role throughout cultures past and present, and spending time as a congregation reading selected books. We ask nothing from our guests except openness to the hospitality we would be grateful to show you, and to share our desire to grow and learn in the wisdom of Christ!
