This retreat is designed for pastors and lay leaders who want to strengthen their ability to serve the Lord’s Church while tackling real challenges in ministry. Pastors who have attended an Encore retreat in the past are encouraged to return with their lay leaders for further renewal and growth. Join us in congratulating Dr. Harold Senkbeil on the occasion of his 55th year in the Office of the Holy Ministry. Today, Elm Grove Lutheran Church celebrated Senkbeil's faithful service throughout his ministry: in church planting; in the parish; teaching at the seminary; as an award-winning author and as a founder of DOXOLOGY. Thanks be to God for the gifts He has given this man to share among us.
