We invite you to this year's Virtual Thanksgiving Gathering.

The Brookfield-Elm Grove Interfaith Network (BEGIN) presents its 16th annual celebration of Thanksgiving. This year the featured speakers come from Lutheran, United Church of Christ, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Baháʼí Faith, Jewish and United Methodist traditions.

Hopefully next year we can be in person together with lots of cookies and treats to share after. For now, thank you for being united with us in spirit and unity!

Vaccine Clinic!

We are excited to be partnering with ISM Brookfield and Hayat Pharmacy again to help schedule vaccination for our community members ages 65 and older, caregivers of family members with special needs, and educators.

Be sure to bring your state-issued ID/driver's license, insurance card, and proof of eligibility. This may include your work ID, pay stub, a letter from your employer, etc.

If you are over the age of 65, please bring your Medicare Part B card. This is the red, white and blue card.

This booking does NOT guarantee you will receive a Covid-19 vaccine. The vaccine will be administered based on confirmation of eligibility as well as vaccine supply.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as soon as possible.

Please note that you will need to schedule your second dose approximately four weeks from your appointment! You can schedule this appointment at the time of your visit.

Vaccines will be administered at ISM Brookfield (16670 Pheasant Dr. Brookfield, WI, 53005).

Once your information is submitted, someone from Hayat Pharmacy will reach out to you for more information and to schedule your appointments. Registration is REQUIRED. Vaccines are NOT guaranteed.
