Meet the board Monday. Let me introduce Rick Goben!
Where do you live? Albert Lea, Minnesota
Any children, grand children, or pets? 2 daughters, 1 son-in-law, no grandchildren and no pets (life is simple!)
If you won $10,000 and could travel anywhere, where would you travel to? I would guess Alaska or Hawaii, whichever my wife would choose - they are both on “her list”. We would really enjoy a Bible lands tour as well, but I would want to stay longer and visit more places than $10,000 would allow!
What did you want to be when you were 10 years old? I really don’t remember wanting to be anything particular until I was around 12, I met a youth minister and saw a youth group for the first time and decided that was what I wanted to be when I grew up. And I did!
Favorite Bible verse. I bounce around on verses and have several that are constantly on my mind, but Daniel 3:17-18 NASB95 specifically - describing an “even if” faith that I absolutely admire and desire.

Meet the board Monday. Let me introduce Ian Ressler

1. Where do you live? I live in Ames, Iowa as a student at Iowa State during the school year, but during the summer I live in Clear Lake, Iowa! I grew up in Solon, IA
2. Any children or grandchildren. Nope, nope, and nope.
3. If you won $10,000 and could travel anywhere, where would you travel to? If I could take any vacation, I think the first thing I’d do is take a tour through Jerusalem focused on history, geography, and all things related to the Bible.
4. What did you want to be when you were 10? As a ten year old, the only thing I wanted to be when I got older was Spiderman.
5. Favorite Bible verse. I can’t just pick one, so how about 3?

If you won $10,000 and could travel anywhere, where would you travel to? I would travel to the ancient Jerusalem region and spend time learning more about the places Jesus walked on this earth in His journey to seek and save the lost.
