After much of the week providing fun for the littles at Vacation Bible School, our youth group got to spend some much needed time having fun with a campfire (provided by Terry Wright, Katie was a bit tired), playing Volleyball (everyone won) and Among Us in the dark! They had so much fun this week and we could not do it without them! Next week teens going into 7th up to 12th grade are invited to an other hang out.. same time and place (Risen Savior) at 7pm to 11pm on Thursday, July 2nd! Can’t wait to see you there!

(And yes, this post is a little late because I (Pam) finally took a much-needed, nap!) 😴

Day 4 was the perfect finale to an incredible week. Our campers celebrated the ultimate truth: Jesus’ love is a faithful guide that stays with us forever.

We are filled with immense gratitude and want to say a massive THANK YOU to the incredible team that made this week a huge success:

Our Youth Volunteers: You brought unmatched energy, danced to every song, and kept the spirit alive. You are the absolute heartbeat of this program!

Our Adult Volunteers: Thank you for your endless patience, dedication, and for surviving on pure coffee and grace.

Our Parish Families: Thank you for trusting us with your beautiful children this week.

Because of your time, energy, and prayers, this week was an absolute blessing. Check out the highlights from our final day! 📸👇

When looking at photos of Pope Leo, or any of the past popes, have you noticed the ring on their right hand and wondered what it's called and symbolizes?
The ring the pope wears is called the Ring of the Fisherman, and it symbolizes the continuous lineage of the papacy from St. Peter all the way to Pope Leo XIV, and will continue on to his successor and beyond. The Ring of the Fisherman also authenticates the faith and symbolizes the duty with which our first pope, St. Peter, was entrusted and passed on through the centuries.
