St. Mark's maintenance crew is seeking volunteers to help wipe down counters and move equipment in the kitchen this Monday, June 8th, at 9:00 AM.

If you are available to assist, your help would be greatly appreciated. Contact the front office.

Margaret is looking for a volunteer to serve as the Lead for the 11:00 AM mass coffee hour. She needs to leave by noon and is unable to stay for cleanup. We also need additional helpers for this time slot. Please use the link below to sign up:

The Safety & Security Ministry will be giving a presentation in Donoghue Hall during the coffee hour. While the exact duration is not confirmed, cleanup can begin by 12:45 PM so the area is done by 1:15PM.

The CCW end-of-year meeting will be held on May 4th. We will be celebrating with a Taco Bar and covering several important items, including a review of the year, voting on Bylaw changes, and a memorial for the women we have lost. See you there!

- Saturday, May 2nd: Wine and cheese social after the 5:00 PM Mass, hosted alongside the Knights of Columbus.

- Sunday, May 17th: Coffee hour. CCW has been asked to host this event as the Knights are unable to cover two consecutive Sundays.

The Garden Ministry is seeking volunteers to spend 1 hour a week at the garden, being a helpful
