When Elisha refused to accept the riches offered by the L***r Naaman to be healed, he was giving us a picture that grace cannot be bought. But his servant Ghazi, secretly followed after Naaman and asked for a payment for being healed. Because he distorted the picture of grace God's judgment fell on him. Below is one of 56 who prayed to receive the Lord Jesus in Africa at the Living Waters Jesus film and Pioneer Evangelism outreach yesterday.

I thank God for bringing the film crusade to our place, it has moved me from living in darkness to living in light.

I was in that religion but I didn’t have a relationship with God. We were taught to confess our sins to the priest and we considered Mary as an important person to be worshiped.

We could bow to her picture and to the picture of Jesus. We had a routine of putting a sign of the cross by touching with a finger on the forehead, chest and on the shoulders.

And personally, I was a sinner who mostly was influenced by groups teaming with wrong people insulting others, fighting, going to or**es, lying and fornicating,

However, when they presented the film of Jesus, I saw how he overcame Satan in temptations, his miracles of healing, calming the storm, casting out demons and forgiving..

Also, the preacher spoke about the origin of sin which was brought by Satan after he failed in heaven and came on earth to mislead Adam the first man to disobey God.

Adam misused his free will and sided with Satan to disobey God and the result was destroying the perfection God had created this world with and the race of human beings became corrupt. Sin and death dominated and man was separated from God because of sin.

But because of God’s love, he sent the Last Adam and that is Jesus Christ to come to fix our brokenness by giving his life as a sacrifice to be crucified, die on the cross, to pay the price of our sins. He said every sin was paid for, on the cross by Jesus.
Therefore, you need to surrender your life to him, turn away from your sins and turn to Jesus and invite him into your life and make him the savior and the lord of your life.

Because the wages of sin is death but the free gift of God is eternal life through Jesus. He said that Jesus said he is the resurrection and life whoever beliefs in me even if he dies, he will resurrect. and be alive again.

At that time, I realized my sins and the need to surrender my life to Jesus as the conviction in me was growing tense, so, I made a decision to surrender my life to Jesus.

Later, the preacher made an altar call for decisions for Jesus he asked the people to put up theirs hands and I too did and he led us in prayer of commitment.

Now I am a child of God, I have peace and I am very happy with much hope about my future and I too joined the good news group to learn more about Jesus and the bible

What a contradiction and deception: She was raised in a family steeped in witchcraft, yet they attended a Christian church every Sunday.

Below is the testimony of one of 43 who prayed to receive Christ in our Pioneer Evangelism crusade Oct. 6.

I thank God for bringing me today this film meeting crusade, which has turned my life from believing in religion.

I was born a Catholic by birth. My life has been in trouble, our family is full of witchcraft, I only one who was learning in school, others are drunkards.

I was bewitched by my stepmother, she tried to kill me in many ways, but God was on my side, I am still breathing.

The whole clan believes in witchcraft, these are the people who are very religious, going to church every Sunday.

Others are church elders, when they are at church, you can see a person who is very devoted to God.

But at the village, a killer, this things was paining me but no one to tell, I kept it in my heart, looking for a chance to come out of it.

Today I thank God that when I was coming to our trading centre I got there when the crusade is on going.
When people were very seriously praising God in songs, I too join the crowd to praise the Lord.

Time of watching the Jesus film reached, we started where we ended from day one, when it reached were Jesus was caught with the evil men, I was about to run away from the crowd.

I was touched in my heart the way Jesus was being treated and passing through much pain, I was on tears.
I was convicted of my sins which I did, I recalled all my passed life and I was very sorry, because Jesus was dying in my place.

When time of the preacher came, he was connected from US, he shared about how God created this world, when it was very perfect.
And created our grandfather Adam and Eve, the world was given to man to rule it.

But when satan came decieved our grandfather Adam and ate from the fruit which God commanded them not to eat, it brought sin, and sin brought death in the world.

That’s why God sent Jesus on earth, walked on earth and lived a perfect life without sin, died on the cross to forgIve people’s sins.
The message was touching that I was able to start repenting on my sins from there and then, I saw that I can not make it with my own.

When they were asking people who want to confess their sins to lift their hands up I believed in Jesus Christ as my Lord and savior.

I thank God because I have become God’s child, am very happy to attend this crusade today.
My heart is full of peace now, I thank God for the good work done in me today, I will join good news group study. See less

Thursday I was invited by Pioneer Evangelism to preach after the Living Waters Jesus film in Africa. Friday the rain turned many away but still 271 surrendered their life to the Lord Jesus. I am so thankful to God to be back to a full preaching schedule with our wonderful partners. Please pray for our next mass crusade in the Middle East October 5.

Thanks for your prayers. Just got home from the hospital after the thoracentesis where they remove fluid pressing on my lungs. Please pray that the fluid will not accumulate again.
