Special thanks to a great crew helping with some property management projects throughout the week!

Russ, Dean and Craig took all the bench wood slats and refinished them along with painting the black support post. Not pictured was Ron Kopp who was instrumental in cutting 16 new wooden slats for the ones that could not be saved.

Craig and Russ repaired the driveway curb as water was infiltrating under both the curb and driveway. The plan is to also do the parking lot cracks so water cannot permeate under the concrete driveway.

Russ and Craig also took it as a mission to sand scrape and repaint all the outside railings this past week. This included the front railing on the south entrance of the new church, the east 4th street entrance, and all the railings on the 1931 church. They also repaired the large steps on the east side of the 1931 church.

OUT OF THE DARKNESS WALK
Sunday, September 13th

Our Mental Health and Substance Abuse Task Force will be sponsoring a team for the Out of Darkness Walk again this year. The walk is on Sunday, September 13th, at the Capitol Grounds. This event raises funds and awareness for su***de prevention. Please join our team! All are welcome!

Our Re-Entry Meal is open to anyone going through the re-entry process and their family. The next one will be tomorrow at 6:30 p.m. in Fellowship Hall.

There will be a home-cooked meal with a chance to visit and connect with others in re-entry or affected by the re-entry process! Please contact Pastor Martha if you have any questions.
