In addition to participating in the joint Prayer Vigil for Peace the evening of November 2 at Bismarck United Church of Christ, we will also be hosting a safe space the day after Election Day for anyone who would like to take a moment to pause, breathe, and rest in God’s presence.

Community Rooms 1 and 2 will be open to anyone seeking a quiet, welcoming space to pray, reflect, and find peace amid the noise and uncertainty of the world. Soft music and self-guided prayer tools will be available to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with God.

No agenda. No expectations. Just space to be still, seek God, and remember that we are held in His love.

All are welcome. Come as you are, and stay as long as you need.

Last week in our series Kingdom 101, we talked about God replacing our stone hearts with ones of flesh. This constitutes the first steps a new citizen of the Kingdom makes. But, where does one go from there? What do we do with this new, God-given heart of flesh? There is one overarching principle that describes, and gives purpose to, the Kingdom of God and its citizens.

Join us tomorrow morning as we build on our understanding of God's Kingdom and our place in it by exploring this principle.

Have you been curious to learn more about Legacy's behind-the-scenes details? ⛪ The members of our Administrative Team meet at least once a quarter (committees often meet more regularly), and those meetings are—and always have been—open to everyone.

Legacy Students and Kids, we're looking forward to seeing you tonight!

We'll have a small, simple dinner for you at 5:30 pm. Activities will follow around 6:00 pm with Shane and Kaila.

Rita Lepp's "The Sacred Echo" adult class will be wrapping up its final meeting at 6:15 pm in Community Room 1.

Don't forget - the next Monthly Dinner for All is NEXT WEEK, Wednesday, October 28! The theme will be "Sweater Fest." 🧶 Wear your coziest, silliest, or most festive sweater. (Hopefully the weather will be a little cooler...)

In a time when politics can feel divisive, overwhelming, and even frightening, we need spaces where we can come together in God's love and peace, even when we disagree.

Join us and several area churches for a community prayer vigil on the eve of Election Day. Take a breath. Ground yourself in God’s love. Release tension in community with prayer, harp, guitar, and song. All are welcome. ❤️

This week, we begin a new series called Kingdom 101. Kingdom 101 will cover six principles of what we mean when we say "God's Kingdom."

This series is for everyone! It doesn't matter whether you know nothing about God's Kingdom or call yourself a scholar. In this first installment, we will be asking the question: "Where, exactly, is the Kingdom located?" Join us tomorrow morning to find out the answer!

🥳 Legacy Kids ages infant through 5th grade may gather together for faith and fun in the kids' wing while the adults are in the 10:00 am worship service.

🎵 The Children's Choir will meet again in the Legacy Students' space right after the service for 20 minutes of rehearsal. Anyone in grades 1st-8th is welcome, even if you missed the first few rehearsals.
