Today, we thank God for the women who reflect His nurturing love in countless ways.

We honor mothers by birth, mothers by choice, mothers by love, and mothers in spirit. You lead with compassion, pray with faith, teach with wisdom, protect with courage, and pour into the lives of others.

To every woman leader who has nurtured, mentored, guided, encouraged, and stood in the gap for someone else: your care is ministry. Your influence is sacred. Your love is a blessing.

It is found in the hands that comfort, the voice that encourages, the prayers whispered in love, the wisdom shared at the right time, and the presence that says, “You are not alone.”

What does it actually mean to be relationally healthy?

The truth is, stronger and healthier relationships don’t stay healthy because we’ve figured out how to fix the other person.

They grow when we’re willing to do our own inner work first.

Because a relationship can only be as healthy as the two people in it.
And how we communicate inside that relationship matters.

Before we point fingers …
Before we rehearse arguments in our head …
Before we decide the other person is the problem …

We can ask ourselves:

Are we communicating or criticizing?
Are we getting curious or getting furious?
Are we taking time to pause or building up a wall?

There are patterns we may notice in our relationships that quietly erode connection; this conversation reminds us of the practical and faith-rooted tools to build healthier, more honest relationships.
