On June 3rd, Council 5586 had the privilege of welcoming Timothy Simora into the Knights of Columbus family. Timothy was exemplified prior to our monthly council meeting in our newly renovated Knights room.

We are grateful to have Tim join our brotherhood and look forward to his contributions in service to our church, community, and council. Please join us in congratulating and welcoming our newest Brother Knight!

✨ Congratulations to Our New Knights! ✨

On May 17th, at St. Sabina Parish, Council 5586 proudly welcomed four new Knights through a beautiful exemplification ceremony.

We celebrate and congratulate:
🕊️ Jonathon Biondo – St. Sabina
🕊️ Jeremiah Sampson – St. Sabina
🕊️ Two dedicated new brothers from St. Jude Parish

Thank you to all who supported, witnessed, and prayed for these men as they took this important step in their journey of faith, service, and fraternity. May God guide and strengthen them in their commitment to charity, unity, and fraternity.

Remember the Kansas City Royals Crown Club tickets from our golf tournament's silent auction last year? Our lucky winners just cashed in their prize, and it sounds like an absolute home run! 👑⚾️

Here is what they had to say about the experience:
"The Royals game experience was a 10/10... one of the most memorable experiences of my family's lives. My boys were living their best lives! They got to meet so many players... The food was amazing, the service, the way we were treated like royalty."

On May 17th, several of our Knights of Columbus members got together for a fun shooting outing in Harrisonville. It was a perfect chance to enjoy the outdoors, spend time with friends and family, and enjoy some friendly shooting in a beautiful shotgun park.🎯

Several members of Council 5586 and the Ladies Auxiliary had the honor of attending the 125th Annual State Convention of the Missouri Knights of Columbus. The event was held April 24–26 in Columbia, Missouri. From a beautiful Mass on Friday evening to the fellowship shared throughout the weekend, it was a proud reminder of why we serve.

Grateful for the opportunity to come together in faith, charity, unity, and fraternity — and blessed to represent our council among so many dedicated Knights and families from across the state.

Here’s to many more years of putting Faith in Action! ⚔️✨

🏁🐭What a Night!🐭🏁

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Knights of Columbus Council 5586 and Ladies Auxiliary Mouse Races last night! The room was filled with excitement as families cheered on their favorite racers and enjoyed a fun evening together.

A special thank-you to Knights of Columbus Council 6550 for helping us put on our inaugural event! 🙌 They’ll be hosting their own mouse races next weekend in Harrisonville—be sure to stop by and support them! 🎟️🏆
