Father Anthony's Prayer for the Month of June:

Heavenly Father as we step into June we pause to acknowledge your presence and sovereignty. Thank you for carrying us through the first half of the year.
We believe you are not done yet, you are just getting started. Your word says in Psalm 65:11 you crown the year with your goodness and your paths dripped with abundance, so Lord, we invite your goodness to crown this month. Let June be marked by grace, guidance and growth. silence the noise of fear and doubt and help us tune into your whisper.
Give us peace, that surpasses understanding, Joy that outlast circumstances and faith that stands firm even in the unknown. Let this be a month of acceleration
where things that took months begin to shift in moments. Restore what was broken, reignite what felt lost and realign us with heaven‘s agenda, bless our
families, bless our children and our friends and our focus. Let us use every opportunity well and keep our hearts anchored in you.
We commit June to you, Lord, do what only you can do beyond what we can ask think or imagine in Jesus mighty name.
Amen.

The Diocese of Greensburg will celebrate its 75th Anniversary with a Diamond Jubilee Summer Celebration Saturday, June 6, from 1-7 p.m. at Christ Our Shepherd Center. Bishop Larry J. Kulick invites all parishioners, families and friends from across the Diocese to attend this joyful, faith‑filled celebration. The event is free and open to the public and will include family‑friendly activities for all ages, such as children’s and teen programming, a petting zoo, live ethnic music and cultural dancing, and interactive exhibits. Food trucks will be on site. Mass will be celebrated by Bishop Kulick at 4:30 p.m. in Saint Joseph Chapel. Special highlights include The People of Hope Museum, presented by Catholic Charities, an interactive exhibit exploring poverty, social challenges and acts of service, making its only appearance in Western Pennsylvania this year, and the debut of a new Diocesan Heritage Center exhibit showcasing 75 years of diocesan history. All are encouraged to attend as we give thanks for the past and look ahead with hope to the future of the Diocese of Greensburg.

: As part of our celebration of the 75th Anniversary of the Diocese of Greensburg, Bishop Larry J. Kulick has scheduled listening sessions in all seven Deaneries this spring. Bishop Kulick invites and encourages the faithful to gather and reflect on 75 Years: Our Foundation, Our Future as we work together with the help of the Holy Spirit to shape the future of our parishes, faith formation programs, Catholic schools and how we serve those in need. Bishop Kulick hopes these listening sessions will be a time of discussion and collaboration as we prayerfully discern the needs of our Diocese and future generations.
