Hi, this is Pastor Patti from Belle Vernon Nazarene Church. Just wanted to let you know we would love to have you visit us sometime. I'm not trying to take you away from your church but if you don't have a church we would welcome you with open arms. This weekend Friday and Saturday our youth will be having a bake sale/ flea market from noon to 4 both days. They are trying to earn money to go to church camp.
Remember you are loved, valued, and special. Our God is an awesome God! Last week we saw a miracle! God is so good. We are looking forward to meeting you! GOD BLESS

Goodmorning it's a great day! I just wanted to drop a short line and say welcome to our page. We've been so busy this summer with kids camp, teen camp and teen activities, and family camps, that I've barely had time to take a breath. Plus I'm working with Mon Valley hospital with their drug and alcohol rehab. I'm so sorry I haven't posted sooner but I will be posting more now that summer is slowing down. Keep us in mind if you are looking for a church. We would love to meet you. We have men's breakfast the last Saturday of every month. All are invited and the food is great! We have We have Wednesday night Bible study at 6pm. Monday nights we have teen time and Sunday morning service at 10:30am. If you come early we have coffee and Danish. Also the last Saturday we have our soup sale. You can call for orders. We make 5 different soups. Cr. Of Mushroom, broccoli cheese, wedding, beef barley, and chicken noodle. Goodmorning I hope all is well. Just wanted to say hi. Our church is still open and growing. We have an awesome teen group of about 10 to 14 young people. We also have a great group of ladies who get together once a month for fun and fellowship. Many things going on at our church, but the most important is that God is moving in our midst! We seen answers to prayers, people have been healed and we are growing in numbers. The kingdom is growing. If you are looking for a place to belong, a place where the Bible is preached, and a place to be loved in spite of your past, we are your church. We will love you right where you are. It's not our job to judge you or fix you. That's God's job. Our job is to simply love you. Come visit we would love to have you!!!!!God bless you.

Hello, it's been too long since I posted. Just to let you know, Sept 25th is our friend's and family day. Come join us at 10:30 for church and 9:30 for Sunday School. After the service we will be providing a meal. Then at 4:00 we will be having a baptismal at the Monongahela YMCA. It will be a great day to meet new Friends and have fellowship with others. Please join us!

Please pray!

From the District Superintendent of Ukraine … from the front line Church of the Nazarene.

Friends. As many of you know, Russia declared war and attacked in the dark throughout all of Ukraine.

We have hoped and prayed for peace, but war is now upon us. Lives have now been lost on both sides. We ask now that you would pray for protection over those affected physically by these attacks. Pray for all of Ukraine now going through this traumatic trial.

We are praying honest prayers and believe God hears our fears, our hopes, and even our anger. We believe God is here with us in our midst.

Pray that the people of Ukraine would remain strong against an unjust and vicious attack.

Pray for those in the military who are risking their lives, and for their families who now eagerly wait for their safe return.

Pray that Russian mothers would stand up against this evil and their sons being used as pawns and killed for bloodthirst, hunger for power, and their leaders’ hatred for Ukraine. Pray for an awakening in their land.

Pray that our churches and Christians throughout Ukraine would comfort their neighbors and help each other meet daily needs.

We have spoken with many Nazarene families today. People are taking this very seriously while trying to stay calm and not panic. People in churches are praying continuously. Ukrainians are a peaceful nation, but today, many civilians, including some of our church people, chose to take up arms to defend our homeland. These are not easy decisions to make. Ukraine did not want war. We are now defending ourselves, our families, and our homeland. We will also do all that we can to help those in need during this time. Pray for our safety and God’s protection as we continue to live and minister from day to day and hour to hour.

As I finish this letter they are warning of possible airstrikes over Kyiv. Please pray for endurance.

Our Give and Take Store will be having the Annual Toy Giveaway this Saturday from 1-3 pm. All kids 12 and under can choose a brand new toy from under the Christmas tree. We will also have cookies and drinks. We hope to see you all there!
