This past Sunday, we honored a faithful servant of the Lord, Renae Factor. After 40+ years, she is retiring from teaching at Fairwinds Christian School. Thank you Renae for all you have done, and continue to do for the Lord, Fairwinds Baptist Church, & Christian School.

It was a great day in the house of the Lord this past Sunday!

Pastor Nate continued our series through John and spoke about 5 truths to consider when we are in the midst of a storm (John 6:15-21).

We also recognized the men in our church who completed their first year of the "Men on a Mission" Curriculum. Classes for "Men on a Mission" will begin again this fall.

To top it all off, we rejoiced in five beautiful baptisms! We are praising God for His goodness!

Please join us TODAY (5/12/26) at Zoup from 5:00-8:00 p.m. to help raise funds for our upcoming Mission Trip to Brazil!

This August, Fairwinds Baptist Church is sending 14 members on a mission trip to Brazil and partnering with one of our missionaries, Brother Paulo Tavarez and his wife. Each member is exercising their faith by raising financial support to cover trip expenses.

Some of our goals during the trip include evangelism, preaching, singing, tract distribution, and manual labor.

To help raise their financial support, we have had a number of fundraising events. This month, we are partnering with Zoup! located in Newark, DE.

The team invites you to bring your family out and enjoy delicious soup and/or sandwiches and great fellowship. A portion of the sales will be donated to Team Brazil.

We look forward to seeing you there!

What a wonderful day we had yesterday worshipping the Lord and honoring the Mother's and Women in our lives. Thank you to everyone who helped cook food, clean, sing, and serve the ladies of our church.

Pastor Nate was also recognized for his recent college graduation.
