Teacher appreciation begins tomorrow. From May 4 to 8, or anytime, consider letting those who teach — commissioned or non-commissioned, part-time or full-time, paid or volunteer — know how much you value their contribution to your church and/or school community.

We are currently scheduling CSP Sundays for Winter and Spring 2026, with a few open dates still available!

CSP Sundays are an opportunity to celebrate the partnership and shared mission between churches and our Concordia campus.

A typical CSP Sunday includes a representative from Concordia preaching, leading the Bible Study hour, and sharing CSP news, information, and updates through conversations and materials.

To learn more, please feel free to reach out to Rev. Dr. Ryan Peterson, Senior Development and Church Relations Officer at [email protected]. He would love to talk with you more about the possibilities!

Can you believe LWML Sunday is only two months away? Traditionally observed on the first Sunday in October (October 5), this special day can be celebrated any time that works best for your congregation. This year marks the beginning of a new four-year cycle, focusing on the LWML Mission Statement, with the 2025 theme highlighting what it means to Proclaim Christ. Rooted in the Ascension text of Luke 24:44–53, we are reminded of Jesus’ command that “repentance and forgiveness of sins should be proclaimed in his name to all nations.” This focus equips and inspires us, as Lutheran Women in Mission, to share the hope of Christ in all we do.

Pictured above is the brand-new banner, which beautifully ties into this year’s theme. Worship service resources, bulletin covers, and other materials for Lutheran Women in Mission Sunday will soon be available for purchase or as free downloads. All resources, authored by Rev. Mark Maas, have received LCMS Doctrinal Review approval. Make plans now to join us in celebrating and joyfully proclaiming Christ to the world!
