Awakening Hope Ministries It's not just revival, it's an Awakening Yet so many of us give our lives to Christ, and then cease to pursue any kind of relationship or intimacy with God.

After traveling around the globe it has been noted that regardless of race, culture, or location many professing Christ as Lord and Savior are still lacking the LIFE that Jesus has promised to those who believe. We believe that despite the circumstances of our lives, we can be full of joy, love and real life when a relationship with Christ is being cultivated and grown by a believer. As time passe

s we find ourselves still believing in God, because it's the right thing to do or to avoid going to hell, and then discover that a heart once so full of fire and excitement for this God that saved us has fallen asleep and is in need of an Awakening...

It has been said that without Love everything we do is meaningless. With love as our filter and God's kingdom our goal Awakening Hope Ministries exists to; Preach the uncompromising Word of God. Worship with abandon. Pray, and also to minister Prophetically, over anyone who is willing to receive. We believe that ministry should be a way of life, and as such it should naturally flow through us whether on stage or off. A true believer will, hopefully, show evidence of Christ working in their life by the fruits of the Spirit (love, peace, patience, joy, long suffering, etc.) growing and becoming more apparent all the time.

One of the TOP prayers we pray is, "GOD help us to be FRUITFUL! Not just busy!"

In a culture like ours here in the USA, it's easy to become busy and wear it like a badge of honor, only to find out that very little was actually accomplished.

As we reflect on the year so far, I (Dean) personally feel like the Lord has answered that prayer! We feel SO thankful!!

So far this year we have had the privilege of doing/being a part of;
- Liberia, Africa Crusade
- Brazil (Porto Nacional) Crusade
- Night of Hope, Baxter/Brainerd
- Night of Hope, Lakeville
- Our first Deliverance Conference
- 2 Rounds of our 8 week discipleship course,
- All of this and more, and we are only 4 months into the year!!

Each of those things mentioned above have had effects that lasted well beyond the event.

For instance the deliverance conference was used to build a deliverance team that has continued to meet and train others how to do deliverance.

The Discipleship course has people who are stepping up to lead who have gone through it previously.

The crusades both have discipleship things happening post crusade week.

And don't forget about all those who gave their lives to Jesus, those who were healed and freed from demonic torment....

I'm sharing all of this to also say THANK YOU!! For those of you who have supported us financially and prayed for us, we couldn't do it without you!

We have put your money to work for the kingdom of God, and it has truly been fruitful, not just busy.

I say this often, and I say it because it's true... According to Paul, you will receive reward in Heaven for all that was accomplished.

Philippians 4:17 "Not that I seek the gift itself, but I seek the profit which increases to your account."

Finances CAN advance the gospel! If you invest here in this ministry we will use it for the kingdom of God, and make the absolute most out of it that we can.

The impact is real. You are a part of it! THANK YOU!

Wow!! It was so incredible to see all that the Lord did last night. For those of you that missed the Night of Hope event at Celebration Church in Lakeville MN, I can honestly say, YOU MISSED OUT!

First off, we are so proud of all of you that bravely stood in front of a crowd to give your life to Jesus! We didn’t know what to expect, but the response was so incredible that we were fighting back tears!

During the prayer for healing there were about a dozen people willing to testify of healing, and many others that told us afterwards.

An older woman was dancing after her knee was healed. A man who couldn’t walk without his staff walked freely on the stage!

Several others were healed of back pain, heart murmurs, knee pain, ankle pain and more!

The response to deliverance was fantastic! So many people told me, “I didn’t even know I needed freedom. But during the deliverance time something was stirring in me, and now I’m free!”

The prayer lines were fantastic! Made up of people from several different churches, we had 128 volunteers form 13 prayer lines! And they prayed for every person who came.

It was such a beautiful sound hearing the sanctuary become a house of prayer! 🙏

Thank you everyone who helped make this event a reality! Many lives were changed, many lives were impacted.
All the glory belongs to Jesus!

Do you believe in the power of prayer?

Are you going through something where you either need a breakthrough, confirmation, or guidance?

What if I told you a special event was prepared to bless you? Why not bring your needs before the Lord and allow an army to partner with you in prayer.

Last night we did the training for this event and it went SO GOOD! It has made us excited for what God is going to do TONIGHT!!!

Seriously, do you believe in the power of prayer? If so, YOU NEED to come TONIGHT!!
There will be 10-12 prayer lines ready to pray for YOU! That means you will be prayed over by an entire line of people...

But that's not all. There will also be a separate time of praying for physical healing, as well as deliverance.

Even if all you need is to feel "seen" by the Lord. Please, we have prepared a place for YOU to be blessed. So cancel whatever you were going to do tonight and come join us!

There was one school in particular, that felt different.

We had one school open to us that wasn't on the original schedule. When we arrived we were ushered to a narrow stretch of dirt in-between the school wall and a building.

As they raked up the garbage that was on the ground and brought out chairs for the students, we all had a feeling that this one was different. It felt heavy.

Not just because it was older kids. But because spiritually speaking there was something going on. Maybe a hardness of the heart mixed with hunger for truth???

Eduardo and I (Dean) tag teamed this one. I had the privilege of sharing the gospel this time.

I asked the question, "How do you get to heaven?" And a couple students responded with a common answer, "If I do enough good works!"

This opened a great door for a discussion that brought truth. An opportunity to completely trust in what Christ did for us on the cross, and not in our own good works.

It felt like scales were falling off their eyes, and there was a genuine hunger to accept the gospel for what it is... a free gift!

I almost started crying during the presentation, because I could feel the love of God for them and how close they were to believing truth!

It felt similar to what the Apostle Paul said about being in a public place and arguing for the truth. The truth that sets people free.

It's not an opinion. It is the power to set us free!

Then Eduardo led a ministry time and most of the students came forward, sharing their hearts, many crying as they revealed brokenness.

It was powerful!

A school that started as one of the potentially more difficult schools, ended as one of the highlights.

the world is so full of noise, and our kids are often hit the hardest. It was noticeable in every single red note left on the cross how much our younger generations are carrying.

In every school, every interaction, we have found a desperate cry for truth and a wrestle with important questions.

Who am I? What is my purpose?

This sat heavily on our hearts as we prepared for the youth conference on Saturday.

We had joyous, completely Spirit-led moments—seemingly endless worship, dancing to the beats put out by the one and only BennyK with and then moved into a time to speak and minister.

We spoke of identity, repentance and what it looks like to leave behind things that aren’t of God to pick up what IS of God.

We reminded the children of this: “if you become who God created you to be, you will fulfill what He called you to do.”

We encouraged all the kids to write down what they wanted to leave at the cross, and then to physically place it there. The effect was overwhelmingly powerful, as one of our speakers led them through an exercise focused on how Jesus responds to repentance.

As the words “You are forgiven; you are free,” echoed from the stage, tears began to flow. Hearts broke wide open as the Lord started renewing their hearts and minds.

Our team personally ministered and prayed—and we saw many manifestations and healing. It was incredible—awe inspiring to watch what God will do to personally minister to every single person at the youth conference.

Later, we read through some of the notes left at the cross, and there was an overwhelming amount of names that the kids needed to forgive, addictions like p**n, anger, abuse, depression and s**cial thoughts. It was all at once heartbreaking and encouraging—such heavy things they faced, and the hope that comes when we see God intercede and remove struggles… setting the captives free.

It was an incredible day. We ministered to nearly 400 kids, for about 3 hours, and commissioned new leaders to keep the movement going.

Last night was the last night of the Porto Nacional - Brazil crusade

Eduardo closed it out with a strong message of grace and repentance.

There was great response if salvation and healing testimonies.

I (Dean) went in the deliverance tent at the end of the night, and I found a woman who was manifesting a demon. She was screaming, her whole body tense, and veins bulging in her neck and face.

Several people were ministering to her. I walked up to help pray. 🙏 and the look of agony was similar to a woman giving birth.

It’s a reminder that the battle is real. The powers of darkness can have a hold on people’s lives, and they cling to the person with all of their might.

It can be a fight to see someone get set free. But when you look into their eyes and hear the screams, then the reality hits that this really is a demonic spirit, it only fuels you more to stay in the fight.

People are worth it! Because Jesus loves them and died for everyone!

I had the privilege of preaching the second night of the crusade.

It was a hard fought night. Several of the team were physically attacked by demons.

Which means the devil really doesn’t like what’s happening.

The people seemed excited and hungry for the Lord all week. For some reason the crusade has been tough ground.

People are very slow to respond to the ministry times. Even though miracles are taking place.

One woman had no voice for years. Even after surgery she could not speak. Last night she was completely healed!

The deliverance time was also a battle. But when the demons did manifest many of them were violent.

Many youth responded to give their lives to Jesus tonight. It’s a beautiful thing!

This morning, our team geared up to go into the poorest parts of Porto Nacional and gave 2 tons of food and spread the Gospel from door to door.

We can never quite anticipate what we will see. From struggling single mothers, to families that have known nothing but poverty, it is often a heartbreaking experience. This time around, we met a man struggling with alcoholism, and it seemed to have taken so much from him already—thin, trembling from withdrawals, he wanted desperately to be free but confessed that there were times where he felt like he couldn’t control his body when the need arose.

We asked a few questions and realized it was generational, and led him through a prayer for deliverance and he was set free.

We also met a woman who wanted Jesus but was scared of the Church, and the potential condemnation that she would find. Sometimes, it is so heartbreaking to see people who desperately need Jesus, and community, and discipleship… but have painful experiences that they struggle to process. Door-to-door evangelism gives us the opportunity to reach the most distant people who need Jesus the most.

Multiple children were manifesting with just a simple hug from our teammates. Trembling, growling, falling… it wasn’t subtle. The torment is very real.

Just a touch changes everything.

A singular moment as the Light reaches in and takes away the ability for darkness to hide itself.

We have spent the first part of this week reaching children with pasts and homes so broken it’s hard to put into words. They carry the kind of pain we can hardly fathom as adults, even with our own stories.

And yet, we are encouraged when manifestations come. We don’t fear them, because we know the freedom that comes in the name of Jesus.

We come to these crusades, the training nights and the schools with a singular goal—to see the lost saved, the sick healed, and the tormented set free.

Last night we trained on praying for healing!

To demonstrate in real time what we are teaching a volunteer came on the stage who needed healing in her back. During the prayer she passed out and collapsed to the ground. At first I didn’t realize it was actually a spirit of infirmity.

When it came out she collapsed! I grabbed her head trying to keep her from hitting the ground. Eduardo and Vanessa quickly came to her aid. And when she stood up a few minutes later she was completely healed!

Then we asked those who needed healing to come to the front. About 3/4 of the crowd came up front, filling the altar area and overflowing onto the stage.

Many people were healed!

One woman had a painful tumor in the front of her neck. She was feeling bad, and wanted to go home. But Eduardo’s daughter (Marlina 7 years old), prayed for the woman.

At first nothing happened. But Marlina insisted on praying again. This time the woman was completely healed!!

She shared the story on stage while tears streamed down her face!!

Yesterday the team split into two groups and ministered in 5 schools and 1 jail.

These pictures hardly do justice to what it’s like when the doors to their hearts begin to open and the hidden pain is revealed!

One young man was a sobbing mess, and eventually collapsed to the floor.
He told us that his dad hates him, and has said so multiple occasions. His dad abandoned him taking his brother but leaving him behind.

In contrast there was a young boy came up afterwards with tears of joy 🥹
He was filled with the Holy Spirit, and said he felt the love of God full his body!!

It’s an understatement to say that God is moving powerfully in the public schools!
