We are a progressive church whose theological perspective includes the historic Baptist principles of the authority of scripture, priesthood of all believers, necessity of conversion, autonomy of the local church and the importance of missions. We strive to be an open-minded, flexible and creative church, informed and aware of people’s needs and how we can work with God to meet these needs. We are affiliated with the Alliance of Baptists, the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship, the Baptist Peace Fellowship, and Texas Baptists.

Can we truly love God if we choose not to love others?

Jesus didn't leave room for exceptions when He said, “Love your neighbor as yourself.” Not just the people we like. Not just the people who think like us. EVERYONE.

In Matthew 22:34-46, Jesus reminds us that loving God and loving our neighbors are inseparable. Our faith isn't just about what we believe - it's about how we love. ❤️

“Jesus’s vocation is our vocation.” His mission to embody love, pursue justice, and bring hope to others is now ours to live out.
