So how do you know when it's time to change something?

Nothing's on fire. People are still showing up. But something feels flat, and the first thing we want to touch is the calendar.

Here's the thing. Every program carries a belief about what actually changes people. Change the program, keep the belief, and nothing really moves. So before you cancel anything, walk through these three. Culture. People. Discipleship conviction. Then let structure be the test.

Shivam is launching a Tuesday evening gathering this month at Henderson Hills Baptist in Edmond, OK. Before it even starts, here's the question he's asking:
