Following Deacon Solomon’s ordination to the priesthood on June 6th, he will celebrate masses of thanksgiving on Sunday, June 7th here at St. Louis, and have a reception from 11am–1pm in Louis IX Hall (not in St. Louis Commons).

Everyone is invited to come and celebrate! Fr. Solomon will then start his priestly ministry at his first assignment at St. Mary Cathedral in Austin. 🙏🏼

Después de la ordenación sacerdotal del Diácono Solomon el 6 de junio, celebrará misas de acción de gracias el domingo 7 de junio aquí en St. Louis y tendrá una recepción de 11am a 1pm en el Salón Luis IX (no en St. Louis Commons).

Public Tour of Saint Mary Cathedral,

Come discover the rich history, inspiring stories, and beautiful architecture of this historic church this Saturday June 6th at 1:15pm led by Ted Eubanks. Meet in the front of the church and all are welcome to attend.

Ted is a noted historian, author, and interpreter who has researched and written extensively about Saint Mary Cathedral and other significant historic sites throughout Austin. He also authored our brochure on the history of the Cathedral that is available to everyone.
