đź’š September is a time to raise awareness of mental health, recovery, and the importance of caring for one another.
Many struggles are invisible. Behind a smile may be anxiety, depression, grief, exhaustion, or the quiet effort to keep going.
As the church, may we listen without judgment, love unconditionally, and offer encouragement without minimizing anyone’s pain. We may not understand everything someone is facing, but we can remind them they do not have to face it alone.
God cares about every part of us—including our pain, overwhelming thoughts, and hidden burdens.
“The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.” — Psalm 34:18
If you are struggling, remember: you are not weak, forgotten, or alone. Seeking help is not a lack of faith. God can bring healing and strength through prayer, His Word, supportive relationships, pastors, counselors, and professional care.
Let’s be a church where people feel safe saying, “I’m struggling,” and know they will be met with love. ❤️🙏
You matter. Your life matters. And there is hope.
