A long post from your pastors’ hearts ❤️❤️
I just want to take a moment to brag on the Lord and on FreeLife Church.
As our remodel continues to come to an end, I am truly overwhelmed by what God has done in such a short time. What began in February has become nothing short of an incredible transformation.
So many of you have poured in your time, your energy, your gifts, and your hearts to bring us to this moment. As your pastors, Pastor Regina and I are deeply grateful—and so incredibly proud of our church family!
For months, we have worshipped in our Gathering Center and God has met us there in powerful, undeniable ways every Sunday, every Wednesday prayer night, and every Thursday prayer class.
Through every ministry of the church! His presence has been so real, so thick, so faithful.
And through it all, I keep hearing the Lord whisper so softly yet so thunderous in my spirit:
“As you remodel the sanctuary, I am preparing My church for greater.”
And church… I believe with everything in me—greater is coming!
The last two years have truly been a season of accelerated movement. From selling our old church, to stepping into our new home, to now watching this beautiful place come together as FreeLife Church—it has been nothing short of God’s hand leading every step.
To God Be ALL the Glory for this praise report!!! We are completely debt free with the purchase and remodeling of our beautiful church home! You have done that church family!!
But I need you to hear this clearly: the greatest transformation hasn’t been in the building… “it has been in us!”
We see it as your pastors!
God has been shaping us, stretching us, healing us, and filling us. His presence has been so evident in our services, and I truly believe we are stepping into a greater harvest and a greater glory than we’ve ever seen before.
I’ll be honest with you—losing my mother has taken me through a deep valley of grief. There have been moments where joy felt distant, even unreachable. But tonight, with tears in my eyes, I can say this with confidence: God continues restoring my joy.
Even in my brokenness… God is still being glorified.
Standing in our renovated church office tonight, as Regina and I have been cleaning out for the last few hours and preparing for my dad’s office furniture to arrive, I found myself just pausing… reflecting on all the Lord has done.
And in that moment, I felt something rise up in me again—renewed excitement, renewed hope, renewed expectation for what is ahead.
I have a deep, unshakable peace that FreeLife’s next assignment will exceed everything we’ve experienced over the past 14 years.
Pastor Regina and I are truly honored to serve you. Thank you for loving us, praying for us, crying with us, and walking with us through every season—mountaintops and valleys alike.
But hear our hearts clearly:
We are not finished. We are just getting started.
So let’s run this race together. Let’s pursue the harvest together. Let’s believe God for more together. And one day—soon and very soon—we will all stand before Him and hear the greatest words we could ever hear:
“Well done.”
To God be all the glory! 🙌❤️
