🥪 Celebrating One Year of The Sandwich Project at Dacula UMC! 🥪

When a heart for serving others meets an opportunity to make a difference, amazing things happen.

Over the past year (July 2025–June 2026), 106 volunteers have dedicated 452 documented volunteer hours to prepare 5,002 sandwiches for families in need throughout our community.

Last week, we celebrated one incredible year of ministry the best way we know how—by serving first! Together, we made 701 sandwiches in just one hour, surpassing our goal of 500! 🎉

Afterward, we enjoyed a wonderful time of food, fellowship, fun, and celebrating everyone who has helped make this ministry such a blessing.

Thank you to every volunteer who has given their time, donated supplies, prayed for this ministry, and helped share God's love—one sandwich at a time.

Come be a part of serving others in a meaningful way. The Sandwich Project at DUMC is celebrating one year of making sandwiches for families in need. Donations are needed for this ongoing outreach program and of course, hands to help make the sandwiches as well.
