Today, Pastor Cornelius followed up on a sermon series on “The Rest of Holy Spirit, there IS more.” We didn’t just gather for an hour service—we honored the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit is not a feeling, an atmosphere, or an afterthought. He is God—He is the One who empowers believers with power from on high to live boldly, love deeply, and walk in truth.
Jesus Himself promised that after His ascension, He would send the Holy Spirit. You cannot separate Jesus from the Holy Spirit. The same Spirit who conceived Christ, empowered His ministry, raised Him from the dead, and filled the early church is still moving today.
Without the Holy Spirit, Christianity becomes religion. But With the Holy Spirit, faith becomes alive.
Today, we welcomed His presence, honored His voice, and made room for Him to move. We are grateful for every life touched, every heart awakened, and every chain broken by His power! We didn’t want to leave!! And to top it off we dedicated sweet Creed today!! It was such a sweet presence of Holy spirit from start to finish.
Holy Spirit, we don’t want a service without You. We don’t want church as usual. We want You🙌🏽😭
I pray we never become so busy doing “church” that we forget the One who gives the Church its power. 🔥🕊️
