Most guests only see us at the check-in table. Here's what happens before and around that moment.

1️⃣ We troubleshoot in real time, quietly. When a bidder's link won't load or a payment glitches, our team is trained to fix it on the spot, so guests never notice a thing went wrong.

2️⃣ We're constantly training, even between events. Our staff go through LIFE Academy to sharpen their skills and stay current across the auction and fundraising platforms we support.

3️⃣ We walk the room before it fills up. Our onsite team does a full walkthrough ahead of doors opening, checking equipment, signage, and flow, so the first guest through the door gets the same smooth experience as the last.

The goal is always the same: guests remember the event, not the logistics. ✨

They provide a Christ-centered Pre-K through 8th grade education for children in Southeast Atlanta, with families paying no more than 8% of household income in tuition. The result speaks for itself: 100% of alumni graduate high school.
