Not every soul walks away from God in open rebellion... many simply drift and this is the sin of apathy.

Apathy is one of satan's quietest weapons. It doesn't always make you hate God, it simply makes you stop caring. Prayer becomes optional, worship becomes routine, and the Bible gathers dust.

Sin no longer grieves you, the lost no longer burden your heart and eternity feels distant. The presence of God becomes something you remember instead of something you pursue.

Perhaps the most frightening thing about apathy is that it feels so... normal.

You can still attend church, sing the songs, and know the right answers while your heart is slowly growing cold. The lips still honor Christ, but the soul no longer burns for Him. There are no tears over sin, no hunger for holiness, no longing for His return, only comfortable religion.

Jesus never praised a lukewarm heart. He warned it.

The greatest tragedy is not that the world rejects Christ, but that many who claim His name have become indifferent to Him. We have grown passionate about careers, hobbies, entertainment, politics, and comfort, yet careless about the One who stretched out His hands on the cross for us.

Apathy crucifies Christ all over again in our affections. It treats His blood as common and His sacrifice as ordinary. It forgets the price He paid to redeem us. But even now, His voice still calls: "Return to Me."

If your heart has grown cold, don't pretend everything is fine. Don't settle for surviving spiritually when Christ died so you could abound in life. Ask God to break the hardness, to restore your first love. Ask Him to replace indifference with holy passion.

The fire on the altar was never meant to go out.

May we never become so accustomed to grace that we cease to be amazed by it... May we never become so familiar with Jesus that we stop falling in love with Him.
..And may our greatest fear never be persecution, poverty, or suffering, but a heart that no longer burns for the Savior who gave everything for us ❤️‍🔥
