✨Student Kaetlin Kennedy reads from a teaching that Venerable Gyatrul Rinpoche gave in 2014 on the Dudjom Tersar Concise Ngondro. Every Sunday we will be practicing and learning together.✨
Please join us tomorrow Sunday 9/6 from 1:00-2:30pm PST for our ongoing Ngondro Program at Tashi Choling! We will practice, learn, and explore the Dudjom Tersar Concise Ngondro in person together every Sunday all summer long in the beautiful Guru Rinpoche Shrine.
Ngondro means foundation in Tibetan, and in the particular Dudjom Tersar tradition of Vajrayana Buddhism practiced at Tashi Choling, doing the “ngondro" means learning the core practices which provide a foundation for the entire path to enlightenment. If you are new and/or curious about Buddhist practices of meditation, then this is a great opportunity for you! We are offering a free drop in Ngondro Practice group every Sunday at 1 pm starting July 5th. We will practice the the Dudjom Tersar Concise Ngondro together. Each class will run for about one and a half hours and will include teachings on ngodro practice, experience doing the actual practice, and opportunities to ask questions at the end. All texts will be supplied. The Ngondro Program will be held inside Tashi Choling's beautiful Guru Rinpoche Shrine. To get there, drive past the large stupa, and take the next two lefts. Please show up 15 minutes early to find a seat and introduce yourself. If you would like more information, email us at [email protected] We hope to see you there!
