Yesterday marked three years since Simpson United Methodist Church and Westminster United Methodist Church began worshiping together and sharing life together.
Over these three years, we have prayed together, shared meals, cared for one another, celebrated joys, carried grief, and learned what it means to be church together.
Yesterday’s worship also brought us to the difficult but necessary work of conflict and reconciliation. Jesus does not promise us a community where people never disagree or hurt one another. Instead, he calls us to stay in relationship, tell the truth, listen to one another, and keep seeking the way of reconciliation.
That feels especially meaningful as we give thanks for these three years together.
If you were not able to join us yesterday, or if you would like to return to the service, you can watch the recording here:

We are grateful for these three years of worshiping and sharing life together, and for all the relationships that have grown along the way.
