PRAISE GOD FROM WHOM ALL BLESSINGS FLOW!!!!!

We surpassed our Mission Goal of $340,000 by $33,864.99!! Our total received for our Mission Goal was $373,864.99! Way to go ladies! Keep filling your Mite Box with your mites and prayers for our Mission Grant and Church Worker Study Grant recipients.

We will be voting on new Mission Grants at the LWML Missouri District Convention - June 12-14, 2026 in Cape Girardeau. You can still register for convention! Convention registration and information can be found at www.missourilwml.org.

Today, we stand in awe of the cross, where Christ bore our sins and demonstrated the ultimate act of love. On this Good Friday, we reflect on His sacrifice and its profound impact on our lives.

“But he was pierced for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his wounds we are healed.” (Isaiah 53:5).

The LWML Missouri District 29th Biennial Convention will include three offerings. You are invited as an individual and as a society/group to participate in these special offerings. Cash or checks as directed for each offering are welcome.

Lutheran Women in Mission has announced the theme for the 42nd Biennial LWML Convention, to be held in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, July 8 to 11, 2027. The theme is “Transformed in Christ,” based on Romans 12:2.

The convention logo showcases how we, as children of God, are transformed by the blood of Jesus and through the guiding work of the Holy Spirit. The Convention Goal Statement is that God’s renewing Spirit transforms us to proclaim Christ, support missions, and serve Him and Him alone. Planning for the Oklahoma City convention is already underway with four hosting districts ready to welcome attendees.
