Arnold Church of Christ The churches of Christ salute you. Rom 16:16 One cannot join the Church of Christ, but God can add you to it (Acts 2:47).

The Church of Christ was bought with the blood of Jesus (Acts 20:28), was established on Pentecost AD 33 (Acts 2), is the body of Christ (Eph 1:22-23), and is the only Church one can read about in the Bible (Mat 16:18, Eph 4:4). One is added to the Church by Hearing the Gospel (Rom 10:17), Believing in Jesus (John 3:16), Repenting of sins (Luke 13:3-5), Confessing that Jesus is Christ (Mat 10:32),

and by being Baptized for the remission of sins (Mark 16:16, Acts 2:38, Acts 22:16, I Pet 3:21). God also expects faithfulness from His children (Rev 2:10). The Church of Christ meets every Sunday for worship. This includes partaking of the Lord's Supper (Acts 20:7), Singing acapella praises to God (Eph 5:19), Preaching and teaching the Bible (Acts 2:42), Prayer (I Thes 5:17), and Giving of our means (I Cor 16:2)
