A GREAT WORK…

Hello Oak Bridge Family,
Have you ever been doing something that is very important and something less important got you sidetracked? You ended up trading a great thing for a lesser thing. Maybe stopped fishing with your son to answer a non-essential phone call from work and you never got back to fishing. I think this happens too much in our lives. (Trading a great work for a lesser one.)
Want to prevent this? Join us this Sunday/Funday and learn how a guy in the Bible attacked this problem in his life. I think it will apply to all of us as well. On this Father’s Day I think it can be a game-changer for many of us! Let’s see what God does in our lives as we gather together! So good for our heart, mind and soul! Hope to see you and your guest at our home away from home!

VERY BIG GOD…
Hello Oak Bridge Family,
Just had a great week focused on faith, friends and fun with a couple hundred students and leaders from our church. When the setting is on the beach, backed by the gulf, you know you’re in a special place. God becomes big very quickly. That is a good thing! It’s when we make God small that our faith becomes small as well. May God always be big to us.
This Sunday/Funday we get to gather and worship Him together! We have four songs that praise our great God, a message that lifts up His truth and marvelous love! We’ll pray to our God who’s mightier than our problems. Twenty-two students acknowledged Jesus as their Lord and Savior at camp. He became big in their lives! Let’s encourage one another with that truth each day. Excited to be at our “home away from home” this Sunday! Hope to see you too!

PS BigStuf was an amazing week for our students, next up is VBS for our kids. Both have the key ingredient to a great week, the love of God and the people who serve! Please pray for VBS week! Gonna be fun! Let’s go!
