Bible stories memorized ✅
Certification to teach midwives in the jungle ✅
Enough medicine to care for nearly 1,000 people ✅
A few nerves that come with all of the above ✅✅✅
Please pray for this incredible team of Missouri Baptist University nursing students and faculty, along with members of First Baptist Arnold, as they travel to Liberia, West Africa.
Their mission is to equip traditionally trained midwives with life-saving infant care techniques, provide much-needed medical care, and share the life-giving hope of the Gospel with everyone they encounter.
We're excited to see how God works through this team. Thank you for your prayers for safe travels, effective ministry, and lives impacted for eternity.

The Liberia Sports Camp Team is on our way! ✈️🇱🇷
Our team will gain one more all-star as we pick up our ministry partner, Dennis Aggrey, during our first layover! We would love your prayers for our team and for the children we'll have the opportunity to serve in the coming days.
At the very top of our prayer list is that hearts would be changed by the hope of Jesus. That's what matters most.
And while we're praying... we'd also be grateful if you asked God to help all of our luggage arrive with us (there's a LOT of it! 😅) and to keep everyone healthy throughout the trip.

Summer Local Missions is back! Our first event kicks off this coming Wednesday, May 13th at Arnold Park. Meet us at the Dogwood Pavilion at 11am as we get ready to share joy with our neighbors. We’ll grill and provide free food and drinks for our community, hand out invite cards, and pray for opportunities to share the gospel. Who’s ready to share the love of Jesus?!
